Bika employs an on-line issue tracker for labs to log, escalate and track the progress of issues
Bika support contracts are for 6 month periods and to maintain support skills and capacity, support packages require minimum commitments from clients
Contracted support hours are calculated at R 350 per hour. Additional support not covered by support contracts is charged at R500 per hour
