Authorising lab staff to verify and publish

Assigning additional rights to lab staff when required
It is possible for a lab manager to assign verification and publication capability to senior lab clerks or technicians. This may be necessary during periods of high sample load
To do this the system administrator assigns the staff member to the verifier or publisher groups. Details in the Users, Groups and Roles paragraph of the Setup section
