Download the Help Centre software

1. Download from Plone.org - make sure it's compatible with your installed version of Plone
2. Copy the software to your instance's Plone product folder
3. Re-start Zope if necessary

Installing the Help Centre in Plone

1. Go to your instance and log in with manager or admin rights
2. Go to the preferences section, /plone_memberprefs_panel
3. Click on add/remove products in the Plone Configuration site setup section, /prefs_install_products_form
4. From the Products available for install list, select the PloneHelpCenter x.x product
5. Click install

Add the Help Centre to your site

1. Navigate to the folder or area where you want to add the Help Centre
2. From the add to folder drop down, select help centre
3. The Help Centre will be created and ready to be populated
