Bika Lab Systems will present Bika Health and take part in OpenMRS inter-operability workshops at the national South African Health Informatics Association congress hosted by the KwaZulu-Natal branch from 17-20 June 2008 at the Elangeni Hotel, Durban

The conference theme is Innovation and Challenges in Health Informatics, and there will be plenary and parallel sessions. The IMIA Board, consisting of representatives from around the world will be meeting during the conference. An Invitation has been extended to the MEC Health KZN to present the opening keynote address

The Local Organising Committee are currently in consultation with the OpenMRS executive regarding the inclusion of the annual meeting as part of this conference. OpenMRS as well as OSCHCA will be meeting during this period and will be part of the conference

The congress will also include a limited exhibition component for industry to exhibit their products and services
