Bika LSP at Cape Winelab

Routine analysis is performed at Cape Winelab's main laboratory in the Stellenbosch Techno Park, while training and special projects are carried out at Nietvoorbij. A third laboratory, for the analysis of effluent water, is currently being set up in Worcester
Bika's web based configuration is perfectly suited for Cape Winelab's distributed operations. Additional features are planned to also accommodate Cape Winelab's subcontracted labs, microbiological analysis by the Agricultural Research Council's Infruitec, wood maturation analysis by Staveco and phenolic ripeness determination by the University of Stellenbosch's polymer institute
